The K1 Technologies Limited Warranty covers defects for 30 days after the original purchase for the end-user. It is not transferable and demands proper use; any failure voids the warranty. The warranty is exclusive, disclaiming all other warranties, and releases K1 Technologies from additional obligations or liabilities. If a product is believed to be defective, the original buyer must initiate a specific return process. If covered, K1 Technologies may repair, replace, or refund the product at their own discretion.
