This Alpha Competition stainless steel made decat downpipe fits without modifications on the 2.0 TFSI engines of the Golf 5 GTI / Golf 6 GTI / Leon 2 Cupra or Scirocco in order to remove the OEM catalyst. Built from 3" / 76mm pipework, this downpipe improves flow transfers to offer a massive power gain and an aggressive sound. This downpipe clearly constitutes the best quality / price / performance ratio on the market with a full flow design, high quality T304 stainless steel, handmade TIG welding and two adapters to connect both OEM or aftermarket 3" / 76mm catback.

Alpha Competition products are inspected and certified as compliant before shipping. This certification is complementary to the manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing or material defects for one year on most products in the range. Intercoolers and exhausts have a non-transferable lifetime warranty, but do not cover aesthetic defects that may appear over time. The replacement or repair of the products will depend on the decision of the manufacturer, who will be entitled to request proof or return for expertise of the items concerned. Return costs and third-party costs are not covered by the Alpha Competition warranty.

I went ahead and jumped on the alpha downpipe for my 6 GTI after seeing some pics on FB. Box arrived quickly and packed very well. The downpipe is really nice, quality is through the roof, and install is straight forward.
