This uprated intercooler has been designed for the BMW 135 and 335 equipped with the N54 twin turbo and N55 single turbo engine, and BMW 1M equipped with the N54 (twin turbo) 6 cylinder engine. After considerable trials with different intercoolers cores, Forge founds that the most efficient for these models, was a core of bar and plate design, and along with an overall increase in dimensions, they has been able to improve the cooling ability and reduce the pressure loss when compared to a factory intercooler. In the construction, they uses CNC machined bayonet couplers which allow an easy plug and play install. The intercooler is supplied with easy to follow instructions and all the parts required.

directly from an authorised dealer and is not transferable from the original purchaser to a third party.
In case of fails or breaks due to a manufacturing issue or defect, Forge Motorsport we will repair or replace, at no charge to the customer at their own discretion. This service will only be carried out if the product is still in its original design and condition. Lifetime Warranty will not cover any damage or failure caused by improper fitment, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, normal degradation of material over time or if the product has been exposed to chemical products.
Note : carbon fibre products, manufactured to the highest standards, can lead to discolouration or fading (yellowing) of the carbon fibre due to multpiple external factors and are not warrantied for that eventuality.
