This Mishimoto racing thermostat fits without modification on the 2.0 TFSI EA888.3 / EA888.4 engines fitted to the Golf 7 GTI / Golf 8 R / S3 8V / Leon 3 Cupra or S3 8Y in order to optimize cooling capacity by lowering the coolant circuit opening temperature by 14°C .
