This Alpha Competition throttle inlet pipe is a direct replacement for the original plastic hose connecting the intercooler to the throttle body on the 2.0 TSI EA888.1/2 engine fitted to the Scirocco / Leon 2 FR / Golf 6 GTI or Octavia 1Z VRS. Much more rigid and with a larger diameter than the original plastic hose, this intercooler pipe will offer a gain in power and a better response time, particularly on a vehicles with increased boost pressure and/or equiped with large volume intercoolers.
