Designed around a 76mm diameter extended tip 6+6 blades compressor wheel and a 11-blade Inconel TD06SL2 60mm turbine wheel, built in a 316 stainless steel housing, this CTS Turbo JB-640RS hybrid turbo intended for the EA888.3 engine of the Golf 7 R / GTI / Leon 3 Cupra / Octavia 5E VRS or S3 8V / TT 8S / SQ2 fits without modification to allow the 2.0 TFSI engine to reach powers of up to 630hp over a very wide rev range and with an excellent spool.

Except turbochargers, fueling and electrical parts, CTS Turbo products are all convered by a 1 year manufacturer defect warranty that begins on the date of purchase. Turbochargers have a 6 months warranty and electrical / fueling components are totally exclude of the CTS Turbo warranty policy. Warranty doesn't cover abuse, physical damage, incorrect installation or misuse of a product. Warranty covers exclusively repairs or replacement of failed parts, at manufacturer's discretion. No refund or credit are allowed.
