Carroll Shelby products are warranted for a 6-month, unlimited mileage period from the date of original purchase. Carroll Shelby’s warranties are not transferable when ownership of the vehicle into which the products were originally installed is sold. To obtain service under this warranty, products must be brought / shipped, upon discovery of a malfunction or defect in materials and/or workmanship, to any Authorized Shelby Dealer. In the event of a warranty claim, Shelby Inc will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective component. This warranty does not include reimbursement for repairs to any original vehicle manufacturer’s component(s) that may have been affected by a Shelby component, labor charges associated with the repair or shipping to dealer charges.
