Transit times vary and cannot be insured but the average delivery times in Europe are 2 to 4 days. All Stars Motorsport offers standard shipping via DPD / GLS or Seur and Express shipping via TNT or Fedex. When selecting the shipping method for your package, please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays observed by the selected parcel carrier. Any request for order cancellation due to the delay will be rejected if the advertised time limit in the section "Availability" appearing on each product is not reached.
Any request for order cancellation for special orders (products requiring manufacturing) will be rejected.
All packages received visibly damaged during transport must be checked with the carrier and refused or mentioned on the delivery note. With no visible damage, no claim will be accepted 48 hours after the delivery of the package. If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. All Stars Motorsport is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence. The parcels notified as delivered will be considered as handed to the parcel recipient.
In case of proven lost parcel, we will ensure the shipping of a new one providing that the carrier has finished the claims process including all steps (parcel searches, investigations of all involved parts, compensation established). Before the carrier concludes and closes the claim, All Stars Motorsport will not send any replacement parcel and is in no way responsible for delays in processing such claims.
In case of proven lost parcel, the company All Stars Motorsport will in no way refund the order, a replacement parcel will be sent in all cases within the time initially indicated on our website (only in case the carrier has concluded this claim as being eligible for compensation and therefore indicated itself as responsible for this loss).
Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by All Stars Motorsport are covered by this Standard Return Policy and may be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date for a refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), and freight charges are strictly non-refundable. Due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing and performance vehicles, no returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, as well as those stated on the RMA form, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages. Items that were shipped incorrectly, have been damaged in transit, or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy and must be reviewed by a member of our customer service department.
Once your return shipment has been received and approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment. The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing practices. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund. All Stars Motorsport does not refund shipping charges for returned items. Any customs or duties charges incurred upon returning an international shipment will be charged to the original form of payment. Refused or undeliverable orders may also be subject to return freight fees, duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees. The shipping returns charges resulting from a customer order error or a change of mind will be borne by the customer and the Company will deduct 3% of the amount paid in addition to the shipping costs from the refund.

Warranty requests must be sent by email to email@example.com with some photos or videos showing the problem. The warranty support being done directly by the supplier, the shipping costs to send and return the product will be borne by the customer, the supplier only covering product's repair or substitution costs.
If the supplier considers the problem occurred is not covered by the terms of warranty, the shipping costs for product's return keep being borne by the customer.
Installation of products purchased from All Stars Motorsport lies exclusively with the customer, no warranty claim will be admited due to installation issue or fails.
Warranty claim process requires the product to be shipped to our facilities for inspection, All Stars Motorsport will refund the buyer all shipping costs engaged if the warranty is confirmed by the supplier, otherwise all shipping costs will remain to the customer (included shipping back fees).
This Agreement shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the country, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be an appropriate court located in the exploitation country.
Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of this Website must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises.
