RESPONSIBILITY
The Company operating this website, as presented by its status and activity, only intends to resell aftermarket products. Some of these products are meant to be used for competition vehicles and their technical characteristics can greatly modify vehicle's properties. All buyers must be aware of the nature of the products purchased. The installation of the products ordered is exclusively the buyer’s responsibility. Neither AS Motorsport group nor its web branch can be held responsible for technical or criminal consequences resulting from the installation of products sold on this Webpage.
1. FOREWORD This website and all related rights are the exclusive property of All Stars Group International. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, must always be subject to authorisation by its owner.
The present general conditions of sale are concluded, on the one hand, by the company AS Motorsport, property of All Stars Group International, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under the number 94166410 and, on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity making a purchase via its website www.all-stars-motorsport.com, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
The buyer declares to be of legal age or has parental authorisation and to have the legal capacity to place an order on all-stars-motorsport.com.
All the visuals presented on this website are not contractual, they are only presented for information purposes.

The parties agree that their relationship shall be governed exclusively by these general terms and conditions of sale, which are available on the site under the heading "Conditions".
These conditions may be subject to change, it is understood that the conditions applicable are those in force on the site.
2. COMMITMENT
All orders placed on the website www.all-stars-motorsport.com must be paid up front, the sale will only be concluded on receipt of payment by our services. No item can be reserved before payment is confirmed and no item can be shipped without prior payment.
3. PRICE
The prices displayed on our site correspond to the current price list of the products on the day of the sale. They are subject to change without notice.
Prices are in Euros and include VAT (unless you are logging in from a customer account with a delivery address outside the EU or if you have an intra-community VAT number, in these last 2 cases you can directly view our prices excluding VAT).
In the case of an order delivered to a country outside the European Union, the customer, being the importer of the products purchased, is solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any customs duties or other taxes that may be due in his country upon delivery of the order.
AS Motorsport reserves the right to cancel a sale in the event of an obvious error in price, product or discount on the item(s) concerned by the sale. This cancellation will give rise to the reimbursement of the order via its original form of payment.
4. MODIFICATION OF PRODUCTS
The technical specifications and photos in our advertisements are for information purposes only and are subject to change without notice.
The deletion or modification, by the suppliers of AS Motorsport, of articles having been the subject of a registered order, authorises its cancellation, except in the case of the buyer's agreement to carry out its modification.
5. DAMAGES AND LOSSES
The items sold are entrusted to external service providers to ensure their delivery (such as DPD, TNT, UPS, etc.). AS Motorsport shall not be held responsible for any dispute concerning the delivery of goods.
Our goods are shipped from our European warehouses, with a specific tracking number traceable in real time via the carrier's website.
Any order indicated as delivered and not subject to any reservations made in writing at the time of delivery will be considered delivered to its recipient in good condition.
We therefore strongly recommend that you check the apparent condition of the packages in the presence of the carrier to ensure that there are no damages. In the event of an anomaly (packaging damaged, products missing, damaged or broken) the buyer must:
- describe precisely on the delivery note the condition of the package justifying the complaint or its refusal
- have these reservations co-signed by the carrier
- provide us with detailed photos of the visible damage and the transport label showing the tracking number of the package and the contact details of the recipient
- inform us by email within two calendar days following the delivery of the package, after which time no complaint will be accepted by the carrier.
In all cases of complaints, the original packaging of the product must be kept and presented if necessary.
In the event of a presumed loss of a parcel, a claim will be opened with the carrier in order to carry out thorough investigations.
These searches, which are independent of our reactivity, may take up to 15 days before the carrier issues a confirmation of loss.
Upon confirmation of the loss of the package, a new one will be automatically scheduled for shipment within the time frame initially indicated for that item.
The proven loss of a parcel shall under no circumstances give rise to a refund of the amount of the order.
6. DELIVERY
Products in stock are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours depending on the fragility or weight of the product concerned. A complete quality control is carried out before each shipment. Transit times vary and cannot be guaranteed, but the average delivery times in Europe are 2 to 4 days via our partner carriers DPD / GLS / Seur for standard and TNT / Fedex for express. The times mentioned are in "working" days (Monday to Friday) and do not take into account weekends, public holidays and days not worked.
AS Motorsport undertakes, in accordance with the regulations in force, to deliver the article within a period of 4 months from the date of the order, subject to the successful completion of our supplier. AS Motorsport will in all cases retain the freedom to choose the transport provider, for the sake of responsiveness and quality of service, so any name of carrier mentioned will only be an example and not contractual. Any request for cancellation of an order on the grounds of delay will be rejected if the deadline announced on our site in the "Availability" section, present in each product sheet, is not reached.
Any cancellation request for a specific order (requiring the manufacture of the product) will not be possible.
7. RETURNS
Our customers have a period of fourteen clear days from the date of delivery of the order to return their item to AS Motorsport for exchange or refund in its original condition without penalty except for the cost of return which remains the responsibility of our customers. After this period, no item will be taken back, exchanged or refunded. No returns will be accepted for specific orders, for items not held in stock or specially ordered.
No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from our after-sales service after analysis of the product. If the item is not returned in its original condition with its packaging, we reserve the right to retain a minimum of 25% of the price of the said item for storage, packaging or repair costs. The returned products must be in perfect condition (appearance, functioning, etc) and complete in their original packaging. No returns will be accepted for damaged, incomplete or used products (except for warranty coverage of a product with a manufacturing defect).
All clearance products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Once the return of the product has been received and approved by our After Sales Service, a refund corresponding to the amount of the product will be made in the original payment method used at the time of the order. This refund will appear in your bank account within 1 to 5 working days, depending on the processing time of your bank. AS Motorsport would like to draw your attention to the fact that only products that have been previously approved by our After Sales Service and that meet all our return conditions will be eligible for a refund. AS Motorsport will not refund shipping costs for returned items. Customs duties and other costs associated with international shipping will be borne by our valued customers.
The shipping costs for returns made following an error in the customer’s order or a change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer and the company All Stars Motorsport will deduct 3% of the amount of the order on the refund carried out in addition to the deduction of the expenses incurred for the sending of the parcel.

All products in sealed packaging can only be returned to us if the seal of the packaging is intact, otherwise no return can be made as the manufacturer is no longer able to provide a guarantee for the product.
8. WARRANTY AS Motorsport provides the guarantee against hidden defects under the legal conditions. The purchaser has a period of eight days from the discovery of the hidden defect to notify its reservations by email.
For any warranty claim, it must be sent by email to the address
[email protected] accompanied by photos or videos showing the problem encountered (CTS TURBO fuel pumps / coils do not benefit from any manufacturer's warranty). As the warranty is handled directly by the supplier, the shipping costs for sending and returning the product will be at the customer's expense, with the supplier only covering the costs of repairing or replacing the product covered by the warranty. If the supplier finds that the problem encountered is not covered by the terms of the warranty, the shipping costs for the return of the product shall be borne by the customer.
Under no circumstances may a warranty claim be made due to a problem encountered with a product following a faulty installation. In this case, the buyer must contact the professional who installed the product in question.
For any warranty claim that requires the product to be sent to our premises in order to be checked, AS Motorsport will reimburse the buyer for the shipping costs if the warranty claim is confirmed by the supplier, otherwise, all shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the latter.
Under no circumstances will it be possible to request a refund for the product concerned from AS Motorsport as part of a warranty claim.
AS Motorsport would like to draw your attention to the fact that parts intended for the adaptation of vehicles for use in competitions may have characteristics that prohibit them from being used on roads open to public traffic, insofar as they modify the characteristics of the vehicles as described in the approval report issued by the mining department: noise, pollution, maximum speed, tyre size, etc. On the other hand, all these competition parts are not covered by any particular contractual guarantee and are likely to cancel the vehicle's original manufacturer's guarantee. For products whose description sheet expressly includes the remark "reserved for competition" or "not approved for use on open roads", AS Motorsport cannot be held responsible for the consequences of use that does not conform to the use for which the product was initially intended.
9. PAYMENT
Our articles are payable up front at the time of ordering. They can only be dispatched once payment has been received by our services.
AS Motorsport offers the following payment methods:
- Bank card : VISA or MASTERCARD are the bank cards accepted for the payment of an order on our site.
In the interest of security and confidentiality, all data communicated during the payment procedure is encrypted and only entered on the page of our financial partner Ingenico.
In order to validate the payment of an order, the name of the cardholder, its 16-digit number, its expiry date and its cryptogram will be requested by no other organization other than our online payment service provider Ingenico.
As the full amount is debited immediately, the rest of the process and the update of the order status will be instantaneous. A confirmation will then be sent to you by email as a digital archive.
- PayPal : If you have an account, by selecting this method of payment, you will be automatically redirected to the Paypal online platform in order to connect with your identifiers and thus have access to all the services offered by our partner.
- Bank transfer : Once you have selected payment by bank transfer on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of our bank account, to which the payment should be made. Please note that these details must be exclusively in the name of ALL STARS MOTORSPORT and based in Portugal.
Payments by bank transfer must be made within 72 hours after the validation of the order. If payment is not made within this period, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Please note that payment by bank transfer will result in additional processing time for the dispatch of an order as it will only be dispatched once payment has been received in our bank account.
Please also take into consideration that no item is reserved until payment for the order has been confirmed in our bank account.

10. TITLE RETENTION CLAUSE
In application of Art 2367 of the Civil Code, the company AS Motorsport remains the owner of the goods sold from the day of delivery until payment in full of their sale price. As a result, in the event of non-payment, it may demand the return of the said goods at any time. The buyer will therefore, contractually speaking, only become the owner of the goods on the day they are paid for in full.
11. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In application of the measures of the GDPR 2018, and in accordance with the principles of personal data protection, AS Motorsport undertakes not to share or trade in any way the personal data transmitted by our customers. Furthermore, no processing for commercial or advertising purposes will be carried out without prior consent given through an independent subscription to our newsletters.
This subscription may be cancelled at any time, via the customer interface, from which the rectification and / or deletion of personal information is possible and reversible. The personal data that users may be asked to provide are provided on a voluntary basis.
In the event that users do not provide this information, AS Motorsport will not be able to process the corresponding files.
12. ALMA PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payment in 3 and 4 instalments is available through our partner Alma. Payment security is provided by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure. AS Motorsport offers its Clients the Alma credit service for the settlement of their purchases and the execution of the payment. This is conditional on the Client’s acceptance of the T&C’s of the credit agreement offered by Alma. Any refusal by Alma to grant credit for an order may result in the cancellation of the order. Any termination of the T&C’s that bind the Client and AS Motorsport results in the termination of the General Conditions of the credit agreement between Alma and the Client. The Client must hold a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or bank card issued by a payment service provider in the European Union, or a payment account held by a payment service provider in the European Union and a telephone number. In the case of payment by card, it must be valid for at least one month after the last due date of the payment facility. Cards with systematic authorisation, credit cards, prepaid cards, virtual cards or cards issued by an issuer located in a country outside the European Union are not accepted. Access to the payment facility service is subject to the decision of Alma, which may refuse the Client access. Alma may request further information from the Client in order to authorise access to a payment facility. This request may, for example, concern the Client’s identity document or a request for access to the Client's bank account in order to verify their identity or to assess their solvency. The Client undertakes to allow Alma to debit the amounts due on the dates provided in the payment receipt (due date) from his means of payment. The credit will then be reimbursed by the Client to Alma by debiting the bank card communicated for this purpose. The Client consents to the payment facility granted by Alma and undertakes to pay according to the due date communicated by Alma. Purchase amount: Only purchases between 50€ and 2000€ are eligible for payment in 3 or 4 instalments with Alma
Fees: By paying in instalments with Alma, the Client pays the following fees:
- For payment in 3 instalments: 1.57%
- For payment in 4 instalments: 2.34%
Alma is a telepayment manager and issues an electronic certificate as proof of the amount and date of the transaction, in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the civil code.
Termination: Any termination of the T&Cs between AS Motorsport and the Client shall result in the termination of the General Conditions between Alma and the Client.
