During delivery, please check condition of the parcel and make sure to issue reserve on the carrier delivery receipt in case of damage, no process will be possible without reserves issued on delivery note.

In event of loss, claim will be open with the carrier to confirm definitive loss. If the end of process of researching(delay out of our control) carrier confirms loss of the parcel, dispache of a new product will be automatically programmed, according initially indicated delay.
Note: there is no way for us to allow refund for items.
Parcels indicated as delivered by the carrier and not subject to reserves, will be considered as conforms, closing then our service.
